Stay healthy,

September 29 was  World Heart day . It was an eventful day, a friend of mine (actually my wife's hubby) aged about 46 years had a attack(heart attack) and ended in hospital, for some surgeries etc., He was very lucky to survive.
Each day we now  hear of more number of  young people (say below 45 years)  getting afflicted by Heart ailments. Could this be due to  the improved communications (which provide us the information) or the new lifestyles.
None of these take away the basic premise that we have to live healthy. Eat good food, lead simple life, exercise regularly , reduce stress levels. So there are so many factors that have an impact on the way we live.
So what is the way of life you prefer?
