My Nine PM syndrome
I get confused at Nine PM. What could be the reason
a. too much time spent in traffic
b. unknown reason
c. hungry
d. stress
or may be all of them together
Corruption is hindering our nation development, it is creating inefficieny , wastage
What is after all this corruption?
  • It is  bribery,
  • exploitative profit,
  • vested interest,
  • selfish desires,
  • hypocrisy
  • false promises, pride, false ego and calumny.
  • Officiousness, sycophancy, treachery, wickedness
Why are people corrupt? There could be many reasons , but primary reasons among them are greed
Greed, like lust and gluttony, is traditionally considered a sin of excess. But greed tends to be applied to the acquisition of material wealth in particular. Both greed and gluttony correspond closely with what Guatama Buddha called desire: an overattachment to the material world and its pleasures which is at the root of all human suffering. Greed is  about never being satisfied with what one has, always wanting and expecting more

The elements that form the edifice of corruption: temptation of easy money, lackadaisical laws, and impure character

Most of us agree that corruption is the cause of self-destruction of any society, civilisation, big or small states and their governments. The history of the world tells us owing to the then prevailing corruption and evil practices many civilisations, nations, powerful empires empire were destroyed. English conquered the wealth and established a mighty empire in India due to the corruption and greed of erstwhile kings and emperors.

It is fortunate that India population now has more of youth . Youth contribute to positive thoughts, growth, and development.

Global and Local

We look around and hear Breaking news  Europe in Turmoil, Banks downgraded, INR to $  down , down.
Which makes me feel, in long run, being Local is better!! Take for eg, the only large bank that has escaped downgrade in US is Well Fargo, Why , because that bank has overseas exposure of less than 5% of its business.
It makes same reasoning in India too. We were better off being local than being globalised. Prices were  within control, we could buy better quality products , with less money!!!!!!
Oh ! Those good old days. Will they ever come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
